What is TechTrax?
TechTrax is field service software from TechTrax Software LLC. The tech talks the ticket. The desk prices the work and closes the bill. A finished invoice pushes to QuickBooks® Online.
Who is TechTrax for?
TechTrax is for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and other truck trades.
How does a technician write a ticket?
The tech opens today’s stops on the phone and talks the ticket. What they did and the hours go on the bill. If the mic misses a word, the tech types a short note.
What does the desk do?
The desk puts the call on Today, sets the prices, checks the hours, and closes the bill.
How does QuickBooks® Online fit in?
A finished invoice pushes to QuickBooks® Online. Nobody retypes the bill into the books.
What does TechTrax cost?
Free for 14 days. Then $99 a month for 8 users. Each person over 8 is $19 a month.
How does a shop open?
Open a shop at techtrax.com with the shop email. A code goes to that email. TechTrax opens the shop after a look.
